My dad and I made ANZAC Biscuits on ANZAC day because the wives and mum's made these biscuits for the solders in Gallipoli. They made the biscuits out of oats and flour and golden syrup because these ingredients last for a long time.

Kia ora Jasmine, you and Dad did a great job with your ANZAC biscuits! We also made these in my house. Did yours last for a long time? Mine were eaten very quickly so we did not get to see if they still tasted good after a while!! Have you been doing any other cooking during Lockdown?
